Meet Paula

Paula is the founder of Paula Churchill Training Solutions and has a wealth of experience training a huge variety of courses including safety and emergency procedures health and safety, manual handling, leadership training in Customer Service, and aviation medical training.

​

For almost 25 years Paula worked for the UK Flag Carrier flying all over the world, engaging with customers from all ethnic and religious backgrounds.

 

Holding a senior position within the airline industry enabled Paula to mentor, coach, and train colleagues throughout various roles within the airline when she was flying.

for over 22 years Paula also worked in the global learning academy training all cabin crew and management in various courses, from diversity and inclusion to leadership.

For many years Paula was involved with a wonderful charity Dreamflight that raises money to ensure children with serious illness and disability have the holiday of a lifetime to Orlando Florida every year having spent time in Florida as part of the entertainment team looking after the children was the most amazing experience .

​

 A qualified NUCO level Three teacher/trainer/assessor in First Aid training as well as also being qualified in Mental Health Training and Wellbeing in the workplace.
